We had previously used another major national real estate agency with no success. After six months of little activity, we brought Dianne into the picture. Three weeks later, we had a contract on our home for very near our asking price. She has even kept in touch after the process was completed to see how things are going with our new home, which is extremely rare in today's environment!
She was so awesome at selling our previous residence in Kerrville that we obtained her services to assist us in purchasing our new home in San Antonio! We ran into some serious construction delays with the new home and Dianne was in constant contact with the builder helping resolve the issues. Although she lives in Kerrville, she continuously made trips to our home under construction in San Antonio just to help us insure everything was being properly handled. Without Dianne's assistance, I am quite doubtful we would have been able to move nearly as quickly as we did.
